Support me to Fight cancer
On September 7, I'll be taking part in the swim to Fight Cancer in Nijmegen. I am currently in The Netherlands after the passing of my father-in-law on September 1st from this terrible disease. He had already endured the heartbreak of losing two life partners to cancer, both of whom he lovingly cared for over many years. I’m swimming in his memory, and for everybody going through the same battle. Let's create a future without cancer!
Ik zwem op 7 september in Nijmegen voor Fight Cancer. Ik ben in Nederland omdat mijn schoonvader op 1 september is overleden door deze rotziekte. Hij had ook al twee levenspartners verloren door kanker die hij jarenlang heeft verzorgd. Ik zwem voor hem en al die anderen die hetzelfde meemaken, er moet verandering in komen!
