Yes I really am...
Tuesday 4th Aug Swimming wild..... in the last 3 months thanks to some fabulous new friends in Amsterdam and the pretty amazing weather, I've been dipping my toes into cold outdoor swim spots... lakes, rivers, seas and even the canals themselves in The Dam.My wonderful group of ISA running mums are also swimming mums and together we are going to take part in this swim in August to help raise money to fight Cancer... its a little pre-swim for the sprint triathlon coming up in October!
I've learnt that when moving countries you have to embrace new things to make new friends and new communities... for me this is it!!! As Al would say... Let's Goooooooooo
